These Subscription Terms ("Subscription Terms") form part of, and are incorporated into, the Terms of Service governing your use of 4minAI ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). These Subscription Terms set forth the specific terms and conditions applicable to all paid subscription plans, purchases, and billing arrangements offered through our website at 4minai.com and related services (the "Service"). By subscribing to any paid plan, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not subscribe or make any purchase.
We may offer various subscription plans, including but not limited to monthly, quarterly, annual, and lifetime plans, each with different pricing, features, and access levels. The specific terms, pricing, and features of each plan are described on the Service at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to introduce, modify, or discontinue any subscription plan at any time without prior notice.
We may offer a free trial period for certain subscription plans. The duration and terms of any free trial will be specified at the time of sign-up. At the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the then-current rate, and your payment method will be charged, unless you cancel before the end of the trial period. You are permitted only one (1) free trial per person, household, and payment method. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for free trials and to revoke free trial access at our sole discretion. If we determine that you have previously received a free trial, we may immediately terminate the trial and charge the applicable subscription fee.
From time to time, we may offer promotional or discounted pricing for subscription plans. Promotional pricing is temporary, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers or applied retroactively to existing subscriptions. Upon expiry of the promotional period, the subscription will automatically renew at the then-current standard rate. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.
By providing a payment method and subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise 4minAI (and our third-party payment processor) to charge the applicable subscription fees to your designated payment method on a recurring basis, in accordance with the billing cycle of your selected plan (e.g., monthly, annually). You represent and warrant that: (a) you are the authorised holder of the payment method; (b) all payment information you provide is accurate, current, and complete; and (c) you will promptly update your payment information if any details change.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the beginning of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly or annually), based on the date of your initial subscription purchase. Each billing cycle begins on the same date as the original purchase date (or the nearest available date if that date does not exist in a given month).
All prices are displayed and charged in the currency specified at the time of purchase. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (including but not limited to VAT, GST, sales tax, and withholding tax) unless otherwise stated. You are solely responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your subscription. We may be required to collect and remit taxes in certain jurisdictions, and such taxes will be added to the amount charged to your payment method.
If a scheduled payment fails for any reason (including insufficient funds, expired card, or payment processor decline), we will attempt to process the charge up to three (3) additional times over a period of fourteen (14) days. During this period, your access to paid features may be suspended or restricted. If payment cannot be successfully processed after all retry attempts, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your subscription and revoke access to all paid content and features. We shall not be liable for any loss of data, progress, or content resulting from suspension or termination due to failed payment.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. For existing subscribers, price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following the date of the price change. We will provide you with reasonable advance notice (no less than thirty (30) days) of any price increase via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service and failure to cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing. If you do not agree to the price change, you must cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS AUTOMATICALLY RENEW. Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew for successive periods of the same duration as the original subscription term, at the then-current rate (which may be higher than your original rate). Automatic renewal will continue indefinitely until you affirmatively cancel your subscription or we terminate your account.
We may, but are not obligated to, send you a reminder notification prior to the renewal date. The absence of such notification does not relieve you of your obligation to cancel if you do not wish to renew. It is your sole responsibility to monitor your subscription status and billing dates.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the Service or by contacting us at billing@4minai.com. Cancellation must be completed before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent period.
Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features and content until the expiry of that period. After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to a free account (if available), and you will lose access to all paid content, features, course progress tracking, certificates, and any other benefits associated with your paid subscription. We are under no obligation to retain, preserve, or provide access to any data, content, or progress associated with your cancelled subscription.
If you cancel your subscription mid-billing period, you will not receive a prorated refund or credit for the unused portion of the current billing period. Your subscription will continue through the end of the paid period, and no further charges will be incurred.
All subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in this section or as required by applicable law. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that you are making a purchase of digital content and services, and you expressly waive any right of withdrawal or "cooling off" period to the extent permitted by law.
For first-time subscribers only, if you are dissatisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of your initial subscription purchase date. To request a refund under this guarantee, you must: (a) contact us at billing@4minai.com within the 14-day period; (b) provide your account email address and order reference; and (c) briefly state the reason for your request. This guarantee applies only to the initial subscription purchase and does not apply to renewals, upgrades, downgrades, or subsequent subscription purchases.
Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days and credited to the original payment method. The actual time for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your payment provider. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith, including but not limited to: requests from users who have consumed a substantial portion of the paid content, users who have previously received a refund, or users who have violated our Terms of Service.
Nothing in these Subscription Terms shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or any other applicable consumer protection legislation. Where these Subscription Terms conflict with your statutory rights, your statutory rights shall prevail.
We reserve the right to suspend your access to paid features at any time if: (a) we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorised activity on your account; (b) you fail to pay applicable fees when due; (c) you violate any provision of these Subscription Terms or our Terms of Service; or (d) we determine, in our sole discretion, that suspension is necessary to protect the integrity or security of the Service.
We reserve the right to terminate your subscription and account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. In the event that we terminate your subscription without cause, we will provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of the current billing period. In the event of termination for cause (including violation of our Terms of Service), no refund will be provided.
Upon termination, you will immediately lose access to all paid content, features, course progress, certificates, and data associated with your subscription. We are under no obligation to retain, export, or make available any of your data following termination. It is your responsibility to export any data you wish to retain before cancellation or termination.
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time through your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period at the new plan rate. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, and you will retain access to your current plan's features until the end of the current paid period.
If you downgrade to a plan with fewer features, you may lose access to certain content, data, or features that are not available on the lower-tier plan. We are not responsible for any loss of data or functionality resulting from a downgrade. You acknowledge that certain actions (such as downgrading) may result in the irreversible loss of features, content, or data.
We reserve the right to modify, update, enhance, or discontinue any aspect of the Service, including paid features and content, at any time without prior notice. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of material changes that significantly impact the value of your subscription. However, we make no guarantee that any specific feature, course, or content will remain available for the duration of your subscription.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We shall not be liable for any interruption, delay, or failure of the Service, and no refund, credit, or extension will be provided for periods of unavailability unless such unavailability exceeds seventy-two (72) consecutive hours, in which case we may, at our sole discretion, provide a prorated credit for the affected period.
If you have a billing dispute, you agree to contact us first at billing@4minai.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us constitutes a violation of these Subscription Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account, permanent ban from the Service, and referral to a debt collection agency for recovery of any amounts owed. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback and to provide relevant transaction evidence to the payment provider.
By subscribing, you consent to receive transactional and billing-related communications from us via email, including payment confirmations, renewal reminders, receipts, invoices, failed payment notices, price change notifications, and account-related updates. These transactional communications are not marketing messages and cannot be opted out of while your subscription is active.
These Subscription Terms, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 4minAI with respect to subscription-related matters and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, warranties, commitments, offers, and agreements relating to the same subject matter.
